I went in to explain the problem and Shawn was able to diagnose the issue right away then provided me a screw and hex wrench at no cost! I appreciate the level of customer service despite not even making a sale.

They messed it up and the secondary key ended up with a teenager lock on it. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they told me they would charge me for programming the key again. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
