- SGS GDec 10, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. People were allowed to live in the units. A man had a legit welcome mat he put out. Very unsafe for anyone, let alone women to enter alone. Upon moving out, I had live bugs on clothes, couches, and mattresses, as well as mouse droppings all over the unit. When told about this, they asked if I had food stored in the unit. To which I responded, “no, but I’m sure one or two of the multiple people living in their units have food.” I did purchase the insurance but that process is a whole other nightmare. Rate increases also happened OFTEN and with little communication. Most communication is done via email and phone call, but rate increases were done via snail mail, in nondescript mailers with just the address (not the business name). I had rate increases of 100% of my original rent price over the course of one year. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I know a lot of college students rent here over the summer, be careful!

- AKAmanda KagleyNov 19, 20251.0If I could give less stars I would because their rates are deceptive. We went from $80 to over $100 and now our rate has increased again to almost $200. I called and spoke with someone who advised there isn’t even a current “permanent manager” that I can speak to because the location does not have one . After advising I would like to work with them to try and not have to move our stuff around especially since we were not properly notified of all of these increases they advised they sent a “postcard” letting us know of the price increase. I let them know I did not get the notice because if I did I would have taken control of this situation when I got the notice . They told me yes I did but and that they only notify by postcard no email or text/ call notification. I would recommend not looking into this establishment if you need a steady payment because from what I have seen in the short time we have been here is within months they will triple your monthly rates and continue increasing over time.
