  Always a wonderful experience visiting Mandi, et al, whether it is browsing, design consultation or just for sheer enjoyment of their warm and welcoming demeanor. My latest purchase was a custom shower curtain and as usual, it was well constructed and just beautiful! They never disappoint! Their guidance, eye for color and design is wonderful and I always trust them with my projects, whether upholstery, custom pillows, duvet covers, curtains, etc. Mandi and all the designers obviously love their work, are excellent communicating with customers and just lovely people overall!

  Initially the experience was good with selection. Did not like the full payment at the beginning. Preferred half down and half when delivered. With that in mind, the pick up and delivery was a waste. Could not receive an exact date of pickup. Eventually after frequent calls, their driver was assigned to collect my chair. He showed up with no equipment, was alone, my husband had a dolly and had to help him putting the chair in the truck. Was told the chair would be done before Christmas. No call was ever made. I had to make two calls as to the status of my chair. Was told the chair was ready and to expect a call from the delivery person who I was reminded does not speak English. I had to ask for his number and was going given that and I had to make arrangements using google translate to have my chair delivered after the new year. Delivery was made on time, but the person put the chair in the middle of the room and asked my husband if that was ok. Not. My husband told him to place the chair where it was to be placed in the family room. Delivery did have 2 persons, but with no dolly equipment. For the $1900 to reupholster the chair and where this store is located, I did not expect this level of service.

  Calico is a great store with so many different fabrics with some many different patterns and vibrant colors; the lady that helped was very helpful and very nice and also very patient

  Only drawback was they don't give you tracking numbers for your purchase
