- AAAgnes AJOct 28, 20251.0I was quoted $75 to put glue on a sole that was starting to come off, to replace a small section of the block heel and to put a few stitches in a strap that had come loose. I would have happily paid $40-$50 but $75 pre-tax is way too expensive. I also asked about replacing two inline skate type wheels on my luggage and was quoted $90. I declined all of the work and will go elsewhere or, find a good YouTube video and just do it myself. I don’t recommend this business.

- PSPortia StaggeSep 10, 20221.0Ask him to replace the clasp on both side of a crossbody bag. He quoted a price of $20. When I returned to pick it up 3 weeks later only one side was complete. Mind you it’s just a clasp that should have taken less time to complete. When I ask him why he didn’t do both side he stated “oh well”. Never again. I ignored how his customer service skills were when I first brought it in thinking he’s from a different generation just let it go. But the “Oh Well” comment and not completing the task I ask you to do and quoting a price and telling me it was for one side is unacceptable.
