  My fridge needed very minor maintenance and a light switch replaced. A few places that I called were inaccessible, others offered ridiculous quotes and there was a long wait to schedule. American Appliance scheduled it for the same day, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and I was charged $90 for the service call, labor and parts. Highly recommended.

  THIS COMPANY, IS FIRST CLASS! CALLED A SERVICE TECH REGARDING LEAKAGE UNDER THE DOOR OF MY DISHWASHER. LOW AND BEHOLD, HE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE!!

  Very competent, professional, family run business. Got a referral from one of my daughters who used them to fix her refrigerator. I came over to her house to let Vic from American Appliance Service in for her. Was very impressed with his overall knowledge of appliances in general and refrigerators specifically. We had a problem with our refrigerator in the house we moved into a few months ago, so we didn't buy it. Ice maker was acting up. In about five minutes Vic figured out what was wrong and fixed it in 20 minutes. Will definitely call them back when we need another appliance repaired.
