Don’t ever use this company. They service my neighbor’s yard and their industrial mower launched a rock into my basement window, shattered it and they say they didn’t do it. Industrial mowers can launch debris and rocks, etc up to 200 mph. We noticed it after they mowed. Our homes are just close enough to fit a huge mower through. We don’t use a lawn care service. There is absolutely no other way this could have happened. A company that can’t take responsibility is a company that lacks integrity. No thanks. I don’t care how good the yard may look, you can’t trust a company that doesn’t own up to a mistake.
Update: The owner of the company came out and talked over the damage with me. They gave me some crazy lines about how it wasn’t them which didn’t make sense at all. It was a bunch of lines. It’s clearer now than ever that they don’t take responsibility for the damage they do to the property of others. When I asked what else could have caused the damage the guy said a golf ball? 😂 No one has golfed there ever, nor is that even possible given the area between the homes.

i switched because they grabbed money out of my checking account 3 days before i got paid making other checks bounce.... Now, instead of calling me about a forgotten balance, they called a collection agency. all they had to do was call me.... Or send a bill or send an email ..... They got a collection agency without even trying to address the problem themselves. no wonder they're losing business. overpriced bullies in my opinion

After 25+ years of continual single-home-and-property ownership in St. Louis and St.Charles counties, I have FINALLY found an absolutely superb lawn-and-landscape care and maintenance compny: Green Thumb Outdoor Professionals!! I have used lawn-care companies for all of these 25 years, owing to my disability since Vietnam, and every single one of them has been a disappointment...until Green Thumb, that is. These guys are THE BEST, from the "bottom" of the company to the top!! My lawn crew actually LISTENS to the customer (me) and then does their work every week to perfection AND with the utmost care. My lawn literally has never looked as good as it does this growing season!! G/T management is also on top of their game, ensuring that the "seasonal", common-sense things that keep a lawn looking good are constantly anticipated and provided for (e.g., raise the blades in the heat, don't mow right after rain...even if "scheduled", don't "scalp" the edging, etc.). In short, I'll be a Green Thumb Outdoor Professionals customer from now on. Why change away from the BEST??!!

Thank you Green Thumb. My parent's needed their front and back yard cleaned up for an upcoming home sale. You got rid of dead bushes, removed/replaced mulch, etc. to make the outside look fabulous. Additionally, when my mom started complaining about weeds coming up. You quickly provided estimates on that need and took care of it.
