This Lowe’s is the WORST LOWES I’ve ever been to and is an absolute joke. The whole pro team needs fired, all they do is stand around and talk (especially when you need service) and make promises they can’t keep. They also screw up every order I’ve ever called in and never have it ready when they say it will be, and none of the loaders do their job. They pick and choose which orders THEY want to do. That costs me time and money. If I go to the lowes on Primrose their pro team is available even when busy and informs you when they’re behind. They’re always nice and show enthusiasm at work and most importantly they DONT SCREW UP YOUR ORDER and it’s READY ON TIME. Norton road Lowe’s knows nothing about being on time, having anything right, or customer service, and they’re terrible and slow at their job. Me and my other guy are there 20+ times a week and not ONCE have they ever had it together. If it wasn’t for their convenience of being on that side of town and if we didn’t have an account with Lowe’s I’d NEVER go there. As a matter of fact, the time and money they made me lose, I might as well drive to OZARK for my needs. No point in wasting their precious time talking.
The whole pro team isn’t in the picture, there’s a few people missing. ESPECIALLY the guy with glasses and red hair.

Wish their app or their website would tell you where stuff was. Not really acceptable for a giant corporation to not be organized.. Asked three people to show me one product and got three answers. Left and went to Menards where the website took me straight to what I wanted, and it was on sale. They do have free air for cars though, so that’s one thing over any gas stations

Isaiah from the north Springfield store is awesome. Every time I go in there (which is a lot) he’s extremely personable and eager to help you with whatever you need. Give this guy a raise!!! Haha but I hope management sees this and recognizes his above and beyond effort.

Prices online don’t match what they charge in store, just be aware of that. And they do not match them, little bit of false advertising, if you find it at like Walmart or another home improvement store it’ll probably be cheaper.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
