  When a customer comes in needing a part, and doesn’t have the exact part number, instead of being rude and condescending and talking to them like they’re an idiot, maybe try helping. Maybe give suggestions. Maybe actually care about your customers instead of sticking your noses up at them. And to be clear, I’m talking about the younger guy that was at the front desk there. I will never be coming back here for anything. I’d rather order online. You know, since I have to do all of the work myself already anyways and you don’t care about actually helping your customers. Update in response to the owner’s reply: I never said the dryer was a Whirlpool. I explained I had two different brands that use the same style terminal block. The Samsung part number I later referenced was for the dryer I am currently repairing. The issue was never about needing a part number. It was the rude and condescending tone, both on the phone and in person, and the complete lack of willingness to offer even basic guidance. You mentioned that sometimes a bad review is what you need to improve on service, yet instead of addressing the concern about your employee’s rude and unprofessional tone, your official response shifts blame and introduces details that never occurred. If that reflects how customer feedback is handled, that speaks for itself.

  Excellent service. Very helpful in directing my ignorance. Gave me the correct parts which were far cheaper than expected, especially for generic equivalents. Great support for the novice.
