They've sleeved my chimney, and with yearly inspections, it too is fully operational. The staff is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Still no estimate of time when they would arrive. When they called to confirm second appointment I asked that I be called if it would be past 2:00. This did not happen. I called them. Cancelled my appointment and will use a different company. Very disappointed.

I am a technician and I work on pellet stoves for 10 years. Then said they probably won't have the parts ... Didn't even take part numbers.... Incredible how arrogant.
