I recently visited Smittys to purchase a flue liner and everyone was excellent to interact with! Mary at the front is very nice and followed up when my items arrived. No one knows more about a chimney than Vernon! Appreciated Vernon helping explain my stove and newly purchased liner. Highly recommend!

Smitty's is totally resposive to my heating needs. I use a wood burning insert that's about 20 years old, and they always have what I need to keep it going. They've sleeved my chimney, and with yearly inspections, it too is fully operational. The staff is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I made two appointments with the company. Both times I was told my appointment would be late morning. Both times I did not hear anything after 2:00 so I called them. Still no estimate of time when they would arrive. When they called to confirm second appointment I asked that I be called if it would be past 2:00. This did not happen. I called them. Cancelled my appointment and will use a different company. Very disappointed.

Terrible company bad communication terrible attitude. When I needed parts for several pellet stoves they wanted to send a technician. I am a technician and I work on pellet stoves for 10 years. Then said they probably won't have the parts ... Didn't even take part numbers.... Incredible how arrogant.
