- CFCarrie Fleury3 days ago1.0Called about my gas stove top. One side won’t stay on and the other side won’t lite every time or will have a gas build up then finally ignite in a big burst. Repair guy came in and cleaned them up and said that would fix the problem and charge me $165 to be here all of 20 min. Well it didn’t fix anything. I called them to come back and fix the top. He comes back and truly looks at the top and inspects underneath and says that I have a faulty gas valve and need new igniters. He would get the parts and come back. Over a month and a half later I call to see what is going on. They schedule to come back out. He brings 2 new igniters and the one side is still turning itself off. He looks at me and says, “you need a new gas valve”. I looked at him and said you told me that last time you came out and you would order the part. He looked a little shocked that I listened to him last time and then a little embarrassed to get called out on it. Then says, I will call in the part and get back with you by tomorrow. 2 days later and I missed a call that just says I will let you know what the company emailed me. I called the company multiple times and each time I get: the owner will call you back. No call. I will call you back in 5 minutes.: no call back. The “service” from this company is terrible. Maybe they will call back tomorrow…. The saga will continue
