About three weeks ago they came to our house to check out a problem with water leaking from our refrigerator. The man who came said we needed a part. He also said he would order it and text me the next day with an update. I never heard back from him. Since then, I have called their office about 4-5 times. Each time the person who answers the phone (Alex, I believe) says he or someone else will call me right back, but that never happens. Since I will have to call another company, I will need to pay the initial service call fee again, meaning that I basically lose the $125 I paid Service Brothers.
