The tech seemed like he knew exactly what was going on with my refrigerator. He put his head down, got to work and was done pretty quickly. Great service!

Great customer service. Issue with the dryer was diagnosed and the repairman had the parts on hand and was able to fix the issue on one visit. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After the initial inspection, we prepaid for the part to be ordered and the repair then they ghosted us. They won’t return phone calls. They are scammers.

I didn't have to wait long to get a service call. I hate the service charge but it was in line with everyone else so I can't complain. The serviceman was very nice, on time and knowledgeable. He listened to my dryer and knew right away what was wrong. Ordered the part, came back the next day and fixed it. Finally a quiet dryer. Thank you. I would recommend this company and will use them again. Seemed very reasonable and efficient.

Terrible “Service” by the Brothers I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future customers before they waste their time and money on this company. TL;DR: • Horrible communication and scheduling • Late to every appointment without warning • Charged for parts and service that didn’t fix the problem • Jerked around for 2 months • Fridge is still broken • Out $500 Our fridge suddenly stopped cooling, so I called Service Brothers to come take a look. They scheduled us a week out (understandable) for a morning service window of 10 a.m.–12 p.m. 09/10 – Day of the first appointment No one showed up during the scheduled window. I called the main line; the guy said he’d reach out to the tech and call me right back. Nothing for four hours. At 4 p.m. the tech finally called and said he was on his way. He arrived, asked for a ladder (??), pulled the service panel off the fridge, poked around for a few minutes, then declared it was “too hot to diagnose.” He told us to shut the fridge off and reschedule in a couple of days. Charged me $125 for five minutes of literally nothing, but said the fee would be waived at the next visit (fair enough, I guess). 09/12 – Second appointment, another 10 a.m.–12 p.m. window No show again. I texted the tech — nothing for an hour. He finally called and said he’d be there between 2 and 4 p.m. He rolled in around 3 p.m. while talking on his phone (super professional). He diagnosed a bad thermostat. Because it’s an older fridge, the part would take a couple of weeks, but we had to pay upfront: $385 for parts and labor. We paid and tentatively scheduled the repair for 09/29. 09/29 – Scheduled repair day Tech never showed, never called, never texted. I called and texted him — radio silence. 10/01 – Two days later Called the tech — no answer. Called the main line; same guy said he’d contact the tech and call me right back. Never did. 10/06 – Five days later Called the main line again. Same promise: “I’ll call him right now and get back to you in 30 minutes.” Never heard back. Four hours later the tech finally called and casually said the parts hadn’t even shipped yet. He promised to “look into it.” 10/14 – Eight days later Called and texted the tech — no response. 10/20 – Six days later Called the main line and demanded answers. Same script: “I’ll call him and get right back to you.” Two hours later the tech called with the “good news” that the parts were finally on the way and he’d fix it Friday (10/24) or Monday (10/27). 10/28 – Following week No show, no call, no text. I was leaving for a business trip, so I decided to deal with it when I got back. 11/10 – Back from my trip Still nothing from them. I called the main line furious and told them to either fix it this week or refund me. They scheduled me for the next day (11/11), 10 a.m.–12 p.m. window. 11/11 - Tech didn’t show Texted him — no reply. At 4 p.m. he called, said he was running behind, then started guilting me about having to bring his kids with him, but swore he was on his way. By 6 p.m. he still wasn’t here. I texted that it was too late and if he couldn’t come in the morning I wanted a refund. 11/12 He finally showed up and installed the new thermostat. Said it would take a few hours to cool down and to let him know if it didn’t. Later that same day the fridge was not cooling — in fact, it was warmer inside than outside. I texted the tech. No response. At this point I’ve completely given up. I don’t even have the energy to fight for a refund; it would just be more hassle and wasted time. I’m honestly shocked this company is still in business and hasn’t been buried in BBB complaints. My strong suspicion is they make their real money collecting $125 “diagnostic” fees from people they never actually help. Absolutely terrible service. Stay far away.
