We were told it was a very good system & given information regarding things to do to address the issue. The other pool stores we visited encouraged us to replace it with a sand filter/new system. Since then, we have continued to buy components & supplies from MW Pool & Spa. We had issues this past summer & MW Pool & Spa provided support in resolving the issue. We plan to buy a pool heater in 2026 & have already reached out to MW Pool & Spa for recommendations & sizing. When we’re ready, we plan to buy it from them. We have not found another pool store that provides this level of customer service & support.
- VPValerie PoissantNov 26, 20251.0Our experience dealing with Midwest Pool & Spa was TERRIBLE!!!!! I would not recommend dealing with this company or buying anything from them!! We purchased a winter pool cover for our 27 foot round radiant pool this Fall. When we received the cover We could tell that the box had been previously opened and resealed. The cover was 3 1/2 feet too big for our pool.. We called and spoke to Darren and Jeff many times and explained that we obviously had received the wrong pool cover, because we have owned the pool for 10 years and this is the third winter cover we have purchased. Each previous cover fit on nice and snug, there was no extra cover that could not be snapped into the pool and hang over the side like this one was. Jeff and Darren tried to tell us we put the cover on wrong. After several attempts of trying to put the cover on in a five point snapping in , it still did not work. We still had excess cover hanging over the side of the pool. We sent them pictures and told them we think they had sent us a cover for a 30 foot pool especially because the box had obviously been pre-opened before it got to us. We spent over $600 on this pool cover and they would do nothing to help us! Other than try to tell us we put the cover on wrong! We even had our local Radiant pool dealer come over and look at the cover and he told us it was definitely the wrong cover for our pool. But still no help from Darren and Jeff! I think this company is very unprofessional and would not recommend dealing with them whatsoever! The only reason we didn’t buy the cover from our local dealer was because they were sold out. Please think twice before purchasing a thing from this company ! Their Customer service is the pits!!!
