this is my favorite Lowe's My properties can be all the way on the north side and I will always drive to the primrose Lowe's because the customer service is always above and beyond. My personal favorites are Tracey and Gary. Jason is pretty awesome too! they have a really good team and most of them have been there for many years and always know where everything is at. Michael on the pro services side is always smiling and ready to help with great energy. as someone who shops at Lowe's daily I know first hand how crucial it is to have educated and helpful employees. this store far surpasses all of my customer service expectations every single time. If you are a pro member they have coffee and their employees always go above and beyond to make a fresh batch if it runs out. I will never not brag on this store It is the best Lowe's in Missouri! Checkout is a disaster only 1 SLOW person checking out in the pro area literally took 20 minutes and the self checkout is only half open and that line is huge as well
