    I purchased a brand new LG washing machine on January 16th and it was installed on January 18th. On January 26th the washing machine stopped draining. I called Lowe’s and was immediately told it “wasn’t their issue” and I would have to contact LG. When I contacted LG, as soon as I told the representative who installed the machine I was forwarded to Lowe’s customer service. Again, told the same story. Bounced back to LG, and yep.. again forwarded to Lowe’s. I finally refused to tell the LG representative who installed the machine and got a service request through. I had an appointment scheduled for today, February 4th. I was told that a Sears service representative would come between 8-5. This morning I received a text that a part they shipped to my house was on back order. My new service date is set for February-16th now. Another two weeks away. How can they send a part when they haven’t serviced the machine? Assuming it is just a drain pump? What if the part is incorrect ? I have to wait longer after they figure it out? Also, keep in mind my washing machine isn’t draining.. I’ve gotten all the water out I can but it still has water inside of it. Now I have a brand new washing machine sitting with water. No telling the shape this thing will be in by the time someone actually fixes it. My husband called Lowe’s on Primrose street in Springfield MO, Store #0422. Spoke with a manager, Tim. Who proceeded to only tell us exactly everything he was told to begin with. No solution, not even advice on how to possibly get the machine in a state no further damage could be done. Just “what do you expect me to do”. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this mess. It feels like you’ve been robbed. And yep.. paid over $200 for that extended warranty service too. What a waste.

    We ordered 3 new windows, a screen door, and new front door back in Dec. Y'all keep taking the money and putting back in our account, you and have cancelled delivery to many time to count, with today being the most recent. Here it is Feb. 2, 2026 and you cancelled our order AGAIN ?! Seriously either delivery my stuff or forget it!!! I'm done with you guys!
