My personal favorites are Tracey and Gary. Jason is pretty awesome too! they have a really good team and most of them have been there for many years and always know where everything is at. Michael on the pro services side is always smiling and ready to help with great energy. as someone who shops at Lowe's daily I know first hand how crucial it is to have educated and helpful employees. this store far surpasses all of my customer service expectations every single time. If you are a pro member they have coffee and their employees always go above and beyond to make a fresh batch if it runs out. I will never not brag on this store It is the best Lowe's in Missouri! These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
