If I could do 0 stars I would. Spent over $4000 on kitchen appliances and the refrigerator hasn’t work, the deliver people who delivered it were terrible (didn’t remove the packing from inside the fridge or the stove) and now that I want to return it, I am getting “push back”…. Don’t ever buy from them…

Worst store ever. I've been in construction 17 years and this place was one of the messiest I have ever been in. Stuff everywhere. Had to move a ton of stuff out of the way to even get my cart through the lumber section. I was pushing my cart full of 10' lumber and almost at the end of an aisle and a guy that worked there just stopped his cart, left it in the middle so you couldnt get around and just walked away. Even if i wasn't there why would you completely block the aisle so people couldnt get by. The about 3-4 workers right at the front not doing anything and not one offered to help load all the lumber in my truck . Do better

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
