    Same as any other lowes, itemI needed was out of stock but there is a other lowes 10-15 mins away and they had what I needed. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

    Shoutout to the guy working the paint counter Saturday 12/27 around 2-3pm, brought in a piece of trim to color match and correct previous gal of paint I bought. It's like EXACTLY on point. Saved me a ton of time not having to re-paint the whole house, bailed me out in a pinch fr! Give this man a raise!

    The Lowe’s Home Improvement store in Springfield, MO is always my first choice when I’m working on home projects or repairs. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Every time I’ve needed help finding something or deciding between options, an employee has gone out of their way to assist me. The store is clean, well organized, and usually well stocked, which makes shopping easy and stress-free. Checkout is quick, and I always leave feeling confident about my purchases.     I ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's on Kansas expressway in Springfield Missouri. It was delivered the day that they said it would be, but when it was taken out of the box it had a dent in the door. The delivery guy said he would return it and they would get a new one ordered. I had a phone call over a week later from the Appliance department stating I needed to call them. I called five times the phone would ring and then be disconnected. One time they transferred me to hardware. I finally called & got connected through curbside pickup, even though I wasn't picking up! I spoke with someone there, he walked the phone back to the Appliance department and let me talk to Sandra. She stated they needed more information to get the order placed for sure and I asked what type of information and she said help from my manager. I asked if she had a manager available and she did not seem to know who that was. I said so is a new manager coming on? She got very short with me and said, "No ma'am I don't know who the manager is!" I asked her name & she said it very sternly, then said, "We have been very slammed today, I will do the best that I can to get this taken care of." I thanked her for her time & she hung up the phone. Very frustrating!

    Went in and orders countertops. Made down payment Estimate has sink on it. Lowes then sends someone out to measure They send plumber out to look at disconnect of existing sink Plumber says he comes out before install. Disconnects, countertops get set, Then 24 hours later he comes back to reconnect. We are good to this point. Couple days later I get final amount to pay so they will start on counter tops. I pay it First of this week get notice they are installing this coming Monday. 12/8 Couple days later my husband starts calling to make sure plumber is aware as we have had no communication from plumber. They say they don’t have a work order from Lowe’s to do the job After back and forth between plumber and Lowe’s, plumber calls back and says it’s because we have not paid their bill. NOONE ever said that plumber was separate. Olivia at Lowe’s says an associate( a male) at Lowe’s put in work order for plumber. First off, we never dealt with anyone but Olivia, second why would you not get invoiced for the plumber if they are an independent contractor for Lowe’s and not be included in final bill or even be TOLD? We are now two days away from install Plumber says we need to pay them, but yet they never sent Lowe’s a bill or billed us This is POOR communication, and poor business.
