Delivery was on time and tub was professionally installed. Best of all tho, was the follow up a couple weeks later just see how we were getting along with our hot tub and if we had any questions. As first time hot tub owners we had a lot of questions and Laine was super knowledgeable and helpful. From the time we walked through the door it felt very welcoming and low-key without any pressure at all. After all of our questions were answered and our spa was picked out, they held onto it until we had our power run and the pad laid for it. They came out and installed it, ran through how to operate it, and made sure we didn't have any questions before they left. We would 100% recommend this family-owned business to anyone looking for a spa.
