I went to their store on October 25th, 2025 and found what I thought was the perfect reclining loveseat and two recliners. I completed the paperwork for the purchase. I was told it would probably be delivered in two weeks. My receipt had an estimated delivery date of 2 to 3 weeks. Today I disposed of my old furniture. I noticed that my Furniture Row receipt had the wrong phone number for me so I called to get it corrected and asked if they could update me on the delivery. They said they had the correct phone number on the secondary contact so they were able to contact me. I was told that my furniture would not be delivered until the end of December or the first of January. This was not acceptable so I had to cancel the order. They could have cared less about the inconvenience. I will NEVER shop at Furniture Row again. They don't care about their customers and only care about making a sale!

Instead, he asked us how he could help and showed us some options. We made a purchase and only upon leaving did we realize they had closed. I appreciate Cody taking the time and assisting us instead of ushering us out or hinting they were closing. Oh, and their selection was astounding! Found so many awesome options! Thanks FR and Cody!
