I really appreciate that she didn't hover and let us wander through the floor while keeping an eye in case we needed her assistance. Once we had made our choice she was very efficient in processing our order. Our experience was so positive that we checked out the children's furniture and selected a bedroom set as well. When we returned to pay for our order and arrange for delivery it was very smooth, no long wait, we also found an office desk and chair that I loved and purchased that as well. All these changes and adjustments did not frustrate her at all. She was very pleasant throughout the entire exchange, from the time we entered the store to the end of the exchange. I am anticipating the delivery will go as planned as well based on this whole experience

The one they got in was not correct in September supposed to re-order and be finished by December found out it still hadn’t been ordered called in January and was told that it just went in the system to be built. Yes, I know it’s a custom piece but they treat their customers like trash. The store managers hide behind the sales, people and office clerks. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T SHOP HERE
