He told me he had never heard of the need for an insurance company to ensure the pool area was up to standard. Considering I spoke to the insurance company direct, and they asked, I am going to assume this man just didn't want to deal with me. Kind of fits based on what I have heard about the unprofessionalism in the office from a former employee, but I still tried to get them business any way. We had sent another request from our property manager, and she is no longer interested either. Let's do better. Bad days happen, please don't take them out on potential customers.
