  Amazing customer service! Tristin was willing to answer all my questions before I even got to the store. Once I got there, I was on my way with my mattress in less than 10 minutes with a really great deal! Thank you for such and easy mattress buying experience!

  Tristin was very courteous and helpful in assisting my wife and I in selecting a mattress for ourselves. He in no way pressured us for a sale and covered every option available to us. We left the store twice to consider what he had shown us, upon returning the 3rd time we were certain of the mattress we wanted. He was extremely professional at all times and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress for themselves.

  My wife Louisa and I worked with store mgr.Tristin Allen in choosing a new matterest. We came in with the intent of selecting the Consumer Reports graded Denver Dr. Choice Plush mattrest. With Tristins help we ended trying the Dr. Choice Elite medium king, which better fit our particular needs. Although ,more $ than we intended to spend, with Kristen's guidance and answers to our questions, we feel we concluded with a mattrest better suited to our needs for a good sleep and longterm satisfaction. I appreciated Tristins' no pressure, no hurry approach. He answered all of our questions plus and was a pleasure to deal with. Now for the Real test of satisfactory sleep in the coming nights. I feel we made the correct decisions for our needs.

  Service started out great. I was really happy with the professional experience to pick out what fits my needs. The ball was dropped when it came time for payment and delivery. I put money down but need to finish the transaction later due to a daily spending limit my bank has in place for debit cards. They told me that they would order the mattress and it would be available for delivery in 3 weeks. 4 weeks went by and I didn’t hear back. I called and they never ordered the mattress and said it would be another 3 weeks. They didn’t tell me that the order would be post phoned until payment was in full. If there would have been communication up front or a reminder phone call that they are waiting to order, this could have been avoided. When I had asked for any remedies to the situation, they were unwilling to accommodate. I was told the prices were fixed. I went to a local competitor and found it cheaper. I don’t think this is a Denver Mattress issue, but a sales associate issue. I worked directly with Jen and Sam I came back in to refund the partial payment that was made and addressed the issues with the situation, but I received a response that showed they were unwilling to learn from the mistakes of this sale and prevent this situation from happening to future customers. I recommend Denver Mattress, but this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
