    I tried to return a curtain that didn’t match the ones I purchased in Knoxville, Tennessee. I needed one more to complete my mother’s window. I just picked it when shopping, it matched the pattern but put it up was totally different colors. Just tried to return it. The website never said it came in other colors so just picked it up. They refused to take back without packaging even though I had the receipt. Not a good practice. I definitely do not recommend this store, I only shop here in desperation.

    I went in looking for a specific item. Never could fing anyone on the floor to help me. Only employees that was working "that I saw" was those behind the cash registers.

    We just had the worst experience at this store. It was Saturday night, and the store is open until 10pm. We had a cart full of awesome stuff, but we needed to use the restroom before ringing up. It was closed for cleaning at around 9:25pm. So we waited 10 minutes. Still closed. When we asked if we could please use the restroom, they said it would be 30 minutes (after close) before the floors would be dry from mopping. I asked and they said no, we couldn’t use their restroom. It was a safety issue (that they created). We left without purchasing anything. As we left, they yelled, “Have a good night!” It was embarrassing and humiliating. Why would you deny customers a restroom while still open? I will never shop at this store again. I’m so disappointed in how we were treated.

No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
