- DTDebi ThiemanNov 25, 20251.0I got a washer and dryer on November 11 from Aaron's on West Kearney. They had a "SPECIAL" of two weeks for a penny but I foolishly paid for the month of December thru January 1st. The washer didn't work properly because of water pressure problem in my house. I called them to pick it up yesterday and returned it before the two weeks was over and had videos of it malfunctioning in my house. I didn't get my refund đ yesterday because VICTOR was "out of town and has to approve refunds". I went in today and met Victor and showed him my video of the washer flashing error codes and he said it was due to water pressure. I told him that's why I returned it and that I NEEDED my refund since it was back before the month I had prepaid for. He told me THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS đĄ THEY GIVE LIFETIME CERTIFICATES FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID "FOR FUTURE RENTALS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY". When I told him that was all the money I had and I needed it back đĄ he laughed. He was still laughing when I went out the door. I HATE VICTOR AND AARON'S. If only I had paid with my debit card đ I could dispute the charges.

- MMMaddalyn MansfieldNov 9, 20253.0im not happy. i ordered my daughter a bedroom set over four weeks ago. it said it would be delivered in two. the two weeks go by, i get an email saying it was delayed for another two weeks. i wait the two weeks yet again, and nothing. i call aarons several days after that, no one in the store has any idea i have even placed an order and gives me another number to call. i call the main aarons line, absolutely no one can tell me when my order is going to be delivered, where its at, what happened, ANYTHING. just that they can see its "processing" this is unacceptable. ill update this if i ever get my order but at this point i highly doubt i do. update, i never received the order and they decided to just cancel it after waiting two months.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
