Great workers but I couldn't get a warranty on my craftsman rachet. And they are backed by a lifetime warranty. No way possible I could hold onto a receipt for 3 years

We go to Lowe’s for all of our home improvements and this time was no different. We wanted to add garden beds to our garden so we went to get some wood. After having to flag somebody down to ask for assistance at the wood cutting area. We waited 30 mins just to turn around and be told that the machine is down and wouldn’t be up and running for “5 days”. If we would’ve been told that from the beginning we could’ve avoid waiting around for NOTHING. There were also several employees that kept walking past us without asking if we needed assistance or if we needed anything.

Had a dreadful experience. Couldn't find anyone to find what I Couldn't find myself. Got to checkout which all they have is self checkout and Couldn't get military discount to work and neither could associate who tried to help. Said I should go to customerservice deskbto check out. Got in line behind a ladybwhobwas getting a return done. After she got her money the man behind the counter came busting out from behind counter, pushed my buggy out of his way and said man I'm getting out of here. Grabbed my buggy went back to self checkout and all the units had go down. Told associate you can put my buggy of plumbing back on the shelf I'm going to Menards and get my stuff. I will not go back to this store. Very seldom have a good experience.
