    Had a dreadful experience. Couldn't find anyone to find what I Couldn't find myself. Got to checkout which all they have is self checkout and Couldn't get military discount to work and neither could associate who tried to help. Said I should go to customerservice deskbto check out. Got in line behind a ladybwhobwas getting a return done. After she got her money the man behind the counter came busting out from behind counter, pushed my buggy out of his way and said man I'm getting out of here. Grabbed my buggy went back to self checkout and all the units had go down. Told associate you can put my buggy of plumbing back on the shelf I'm going to Menards and get my stuff. I will not go back to this store. Very seldom have a good experience.

    I ordered a stove and did the curbside pickup December 3, 2025. I checked in prior to getting to the store to ensure that they would have time to pull my order. I also called the store and spoke with an associate. I arrived to the store at 8 p.m. and checked in again. I also talked with the same associate that answered the phone earlier. The store was empty, the parking lot was empty. After 20 minutes I asked the associate what was taking so long since the store was empty and also due to the fact of me calling prior to arrival. She said they're really busy, which was not true because the store was empty. I asked to speak with a manager, she informed me that the person I needed to complain to was the one getting my item. Finally at 830 he brought my stove to the front of the store. He apologized for the delay, blaming it on him not knowing that anotger employee went home. The lack of concern or urgency in satisfying a customer was absolutely ridiculous. The female employee at the service desk was rude and obnoxious. I only wish I had paid more attention to their names so I could put them in this review. I will not be doing business with the sikeston store in the future. Customer service is the least of their concern. I would have been more understanding if the store actually had any customers needing assistance, there was NO-ONE in the store. Please do better Lowes!!
