  The work he did was great but he did not complete the entire job. The strap on tarp near my slide was suppose to be fixed as well and it was not. When he left he left my gate to my back yard open. Thank goodness I seen it or my dog would have gotten out. Parked his truck on my concrete area in my drive normally would be fine but now I have a huge oil spot on it🤦‍♀️. Which is not his fault but the company's. I messaged aloha maybe 5 min after he left and told all of the above except about oil leak (i have camera footage it was from the aloha truck). He (new manager) could have had him turn around and complet the job. Instead he said he would talk with him and get it resolved. I have not heard back and he has an hour and a half drive to me so It would have made more since for him to turn around and fix it instead of having to make 2 trips. 🤷‍♀️. I have not heard anything back about the strap by slide getting fixed.

  The closing of my pool was easy. Jake was knowledgeable about what was going on and shared information on everything.

  To our AMAZING Sales/Design Leader, JT Taylor and Project Manager, John Wohrell and the entire Aloha building crew: JT won our family over with his vision for our pool using a comprehensive rendering program! We could see just how our backyard would be transformed down to how much sun would be on it throughout the day! JT made numerous stops to our home to answer every single question. JT is not a pushy salesman and so much of his demeanor is what won us over with Aloha Pools! John is an exceptional project manager who made sure that every aspect of our pool construction ran smoothly! John oversaw the project from Day 1 on June 2, 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding a certain residential sewer pipe, the Synergy may have sat in our front yard as a lawn ornament for 12 days but we finally got that pipe moved and John scheduled crane day ever so seamlessly! Before we knew it, this 16 x 40 ft.2" beast of a pool was flying over our 2-story house! Police block-offs, 50 gawking neighbors and one amazing Aloha crew to set it into place. This was not Aloha's run of the mill pool project as we needed much more work to complete our dream backyard. Deck stairs relocated, deck posts set on piers, retaining walls galore, steps and sidewalk, fence, and slate stamped patio! John coordinated with various contractors, managed budgets, and ensured that timelines were met. It's now November 26th and time to close for the season with our new cover. Aloha's "closing crew" did a fabulous job with our first closing of our 16 x 40'2" Synergy! Our hard cover was put in place with proper holes drilled and secured. The crew's expertise in winterizing equipment shows! We will definitely have them back year after year. The Gonzalez Family dreamed BIG and Aloha delivered!!! We can't wait to enjoy this investment for a full season here in St. Louis. Looking forward to kicking on those LED pool lights to RED and watching JAWS on my raft!
