    I had four bedrooms’ carpets cleaned. Stains were removed. Operator was friendly. Office staff answered questions and sent reminders. My only concern was the fact that the long hoses really scratched up my door frames. Now I have to re-sand and repaint them!! Is this typical?? A second operator may have been able to help with the hoses to avoid this situation. I would like to give 4 stars, but the carpets were in-fact cleaned nicely.

    We had a section of carpet replaced. The work was done well but the installer did not bring the pad that was specified and had to leave for over an hour. Also the price was higher than estimated with no justification and they charged a $15 service fee to pay for their gas, which we were not told about in the estimate. I called and they were unwilling to adjust the bill to match the estimate. I really wanted to like this woman owned company but I’m not happy with these business practices.

    We had used this company for a move-in cleaning, so when we needed help again, we felt comfortable calling them back. This time, however, we first had them out for HVAC duct cleaning and then planned to move forward with carpet, hardwood and tile/grout cleaning as well. Unfortunately, the experience became much more confusing and frustrating than expected. The quoting process felt more like a performance than a clear, professional estimate. Instead of being given a coherent written quote, numbers were shown on an iPhone calculator and called out in a scattered way, which made it very difficult to understand the actual scope and total cost. I ultimately had to call sales back and then be redirected to a supervisor just to get the answers I needed. It felt more like a “foot in the door” sales approach than a transparent and professional estimate. Because we were discussing several services at once, including HVAC duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and also tile and grout cleaning, (I also indicated I wanted upholstery and rugs, but the team didn't do that quote) it became even more important for the company to present the information clearly and in writing. Instead, the process created more confusion than clarity. At times, it felt like more was being promised during the sales conversation than what the technicians or estimator were actually aligned on. I had to ask them to do a few vents over again because there were not addressed properly, leaving dust and debris behind, they didn't come prepared with tools. They asked to borrow my step ladder, and didn't have professional corner guards as expected. They even said they cleaned a vent that was in the kickboard underneath my counter. I pointed it out because I thought it woudl be easily missed and he lied to me about doing it. I got on the floor to look at it and it clearly wasn't touched. Overall, this experience lacked the professionalism, integrity, consistency, and clear communication we had expected based on our prior experience with them. After they finished the work and left, I realized I hadn't received the quote via email as expected for the other work we hoped to do. I am not following up and won't be working with them based on this experience from the crew, supervisor. They didn't provide the services promised by the sales contact. To be fair, our first experience was fine, but that was in an empty house before move-in, so the job was significantly simpler and straightforward. This time felt much more disorganized by comparison. I hope this feedback helps training and communication improve, but based on this experience, we may choose a different company going forward.

    We had our air ducts cleaned and the job was done well by efficient workers. When they left, the blower for the A/C went off and we couldn't get it to come back on. After conferring with the manager, our workers returned and tried for a long time to get things to working again. Though unsuccessful, their manager offered to call an HVAC company to check things out and said if the problem occurred because of something ProSteam did, they would cover the repair. As it turned out, the HVAC company who came the next day ruled out any responsibility for the failure of the unit to come on; he found a blown fuse due to a fried wire in the A/C external unit. ProSteam was very gracious to us and did their job over and above. Thanks to Cole and his apprentice (name unknown) and Don, the manager!

    The crew did a pretty good job with our carpets and tile grout that was in pretty poor shape. They were also able to work around a yard sale we were having at the same time. However, scheduling was an issue. They were supposed to arrive on Friday between 1-4pm but delayed multiple times until they had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. We had 3 bedroom carpets , basement step carpet, and tile grout in 1 bathroom done. All steam cleaned. There were some areas that they were unable to get 100% clean, despite upgrading to the additional "deep clean" option. But they were pretty bad and they got at least 90% of the stains out.
