    I am extremely disappointed with our first experience with La-Z-Boy St. Louis. We purchased a couch on 3/15/2026 from this store and everything was going smooth. Our deliver date was set for the next week and we were thrilled. Our couch arrives for delivery to our house and two pieces that were delivered were completely incorrect. So we had to refuse the pieces and the delivery guys left and we only had half a couch. Then we call the store and we reschedule to get the two correct pieces delivered to our house and it would be a week to get here. So that delivery day comes around and they arrive and one of the pieces comes out of the box broken - my husband says we do not want to take a broken piece of a couch we expect to be brand new and if you know prices here for furniture; I want what we paid for. The delivery service tells us we should just take the broken piece and a tech can come out and fix it, no thanks. So now we are going on 2 wrong deliveries and still our couch isn’t completed. So again, we schedule ANOTHER delivery date and a week later they show up with yet again the wrong piece. At this point, it feels like a complete lose. The store rep tells us we must have used the wrong terminology when telling them what piece was broken and that the delivery people do not report which piece was broken or refused so it must be on us. So almost a whole month later, we still are without the couch piece we need and on our 3rd wrong delivery and still waiting to hear when our 4th delivery will be completed. I’m frustrated and disappointed to say the least with this experience and I’m not sure I’ll be buying another piece of furniture from this company.

    There is only one lovely young lady to do business with at the Lazy Boy store in south county. Her name is Huda. Her ability to decorate is unbelievable. She has an eye for color design textures. I could not say one negative word about her! You want a spectacular finished room make sure to ask for Huda!!!

    I bought a beautiful over-sized chair that opens into a twin bed. I absolutely love it. Annie was the sales person who helped me. She is a doll! Warm while professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased.

    I ordered a recliner online. It didn’t work as I’m short and my feet did not reach the floor. Plus it was not comfortable. I called customer care to ask about returning it. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. She told me to go to my local store and pick out a replacement. To use the store credit to purchase a new one. I did this and spoke to the manager of this store. He didn’t know what to do it seemed since a store credit wasn’t showing up on my store ticket yet. The manager told me he would have to sell the returned chair on clearance. I had already paid &1150+ for the original chair. I’m taking about a $400 loss for a restocking fee plus another delivery. So I picked out a new chair. I was told by the manager that corporate could tell me what to do to get my refund/store credit. (This store is 52 miles from my home.) I called the next day and a friendly sales lady helped me purchase the new chair I picked out. I purchased another chair and paid in full for it plus the delivery fee. This makes 3 delivery fees I have had to pay. The refund would be applied after the return of the chair ordered online. My new chair will be delivered on April 9, 2026. I can’t wait!

    The salesman was very good in helping me select the correct sofa and leather material. The updates on the production process was appreciated. Once it was completed someone called quickly to schedule delivery and the delivery personnel were very good getting the sofa inside a smaller doorway. Extremely easy process.
