    Good but too much stuff stacked in the aisles, starting to look junky like home depot and hard to get past people in the main aisles of the store. Less likely to browse for extra items.

    I live like two blocks from this place. As a new homeowner of a 140 year old house, I’m there all the time. I do not know what they’re feeding these people or what, but every single time I am in there I have the best customer service experience of my life. Every single employee I have interacted with there (and there have been a lot) have seemed really happy and are so helpful and kind. It is genuinely baffling. Whatever is going on over there to keep people that happy, you’re doing a great job.

    I BOUGHT 2 SAMPLES OF PAINT. ON THE WAY TO MY CAR, I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS PAINT LEAKING INTO THE BAG. I TOOK IT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANTED TO EXCHANGE THEM SINCE SOME SPILLED OUT AND THERE WAS PAINT ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE. BRIGID, TOLD ME THAT I COULDN'T EXCHANGE A SAMPLE. SO SHE PUT THE LID ON AND THREW IT BACK IN THE BAG WITH THE SPILLED PAINT. I ASKED IF I COULD GET A NEW BAG. SHE TOOK THE DRIPPING CONTAINERS AND PUT THEM IN THE NEW BAG. THERE WAS A LITTLE HOLE IN THE BAG. NOW THERE IS PAINT ON MY LEATHER SEATS AND CARPET OF BACK. BRIGID, DOESN'T SEEM LIKE SHE IS HAVING A VERY GOOD DAY JUDGING BY ALL THE ATTITUDE SHE HAD.

    In May we started the process of ordering and installing a front door and screen door with Lowe’s . We were assigned a partner to help us through the process and they came out and took the initial measurement. We would need a custom front door but could use a standard screen door. We were quoted a price and signed the contract. Then the professional came out for a second measure and determined that we would need a customer screen door as well. The price increased $600 but we signed another contract and got the process going to get the door ordered. Apparently during this time our assigned partner was transferred to another department, and we weren’t made aware. Someone else called us to have us pay the invoice and the invoice was the wrong amount. I asked why and asked that it included both doors and the install for both. They said yes and that they didn’t know why it was different. We paid and waited until the middle of July for our doors to come in. July came and someone from Lowes called and asked if we were supposed to have a front door as well and said they would look in to what happened since only a screen door came in and call us back. No one called us back, so I called corporate since I no longer had a store contact. They said they would investigate it and get back to us. No one did. I called back and they said they would forward a ticket to the store to have them investigate it and call us back. For several weeks I kept getting the run around of being promised calls and not receiving them. I was also getting calls from Lowe’s during this time asking me why I didn’t schedule my install yet. I would then tell them what happened, they would verify that in the notes, and then they would promise a call that would never come. Finally, they got the original partner assigned to my order who said that it looked like the front door wasn’t ordered and he would look into it and call us back. He didn’t. Then I called him back and he said once again that he would investigate it and call us back. The next day Lowe’s called me to schedule the install, and I asked if that meant our door was ordered and they said yes. So, we waited for the install appointment on 10/2 and I took the whole day off work to be home for it. Surprise, there was no front door when the installer went to Lowes. Lowes then called me; I asked them to cancel the entire install because I couldn’t deal with this anymore. She said she would, but the system wouldn’t let her refund us the money. She told me she would put a ticket in for the store to call me to refund me. At this point in time, I was smart enough to know that would never happen and went there myself. The head cashier, Brigid, refunded my money for me. I really appreciated her making it easy, but Lowes has lost my business forever. It wasn’t the mistake, but the consistently terrible communication and broken promises this entire time. I am disappointed in the store as well because of the number of times they were sent requests to call us to handle the issue and didn’t.
