Then the other employee in back says she has been there for months. Another visit— where I asked to have water tested, the person lectured me because I don’t know the gallons or type of Spa I have. I’m a new owner and don’t know the first thing about their process or the details of my spa— I was going there for help.

They have never tried to oversell, which I really appreciate. We had a problem with our new salt cell recently and Ariel was able to replace our broken one quickly without any fuss or additional cost. She’s is knowledgeable and friendly! I have recommended this store and will continue to recommend it in the future!

I usually don’t write reviews but this experience was just so helpful I had to share! The Store manager was able to help me find exactly what I needed for my new saltwater pool and even gave me some additional tips for better management of my pool. Ariel was very knowledgeable and happy to help me and I will definitely be back for all of my further pool needs as I’m just… diving into this pool owning thing
