Our salesman was very patient with us and then when it came time to order he helped me pick a fabric I liked. I was overwhelmed by all the options and it was the perfect recommendation based on how I described my taste. The delivery team was also very nice and helpful. Recliner was delivered within the 4-6 wks timeframe they promised since we ordered and then within the time window they specified 2 days prior. I’m so excited. I’m sure I’ll spend lots of time on it rocking our baby.

The chair I use is well over 50 years old and hard to get out of. My mother's recliner finally gave out after decades of love and use. So we replaced it about 10 or 15 years ago with a couple of regular chairs from my aunt after she passed. I remember these from when I was a child and I'm 63! But they too have served their time. I knew I wanted to buy from Lazy Boy because that is where my mother bought her recliner. So I went. Tried several chairs out until finding one just right for me. After getting the estimate to get an upgrade to a power chair, I needed to pause and make sure this was the one. Budget rules everything. I went to several other stores and even went back to Lazy Boy again, because this is an investment for us. After going to one more place to make sure I was finding the best deal then subsequently being treated like a dollar sign and an associate who found it okay to drop F bombs, I knew that Lazy Boy was the place I was going to spend our money. I was treated with respect and kindness. Jake listened to me and showed professionalism each time I came to the store. And not only did I get a great recliner but I am carrying on a legacy of buying from the same store my mother did. Her name was still in the system! I forgot to ask what year it was. It was hard and beautiful. I'm looking forward to a custom chair and thinking about how much mom would have loved having fancy power modes. What a treat! Thank you Jake and Lazy Boy...
