I had a very frustrating experience with the manager, Mike, whose communication came across as condescending and unprofessional. On March 2nd, I placed an order for a Kendall sectional and made a down payment of $85. The following day, I received a call stating that the sectional had already been taken and that I would need to either select a different item or wait for it to come back in stock. However, after contacting customer service, I was told that my order had not been canceled and would still arrive as scheduled. On March 9th, I received an email stating that my order was delayed. When I reached out again, customer service could not provide an explanation or a new delivery date—only that I would be contacted when more information became available. On March 11th, I was told the sectional would be delivered on March 17th. The day before delivery, I was informed I would receive a phone call. On March 17th, I found a “Sorry we missed you” note on my door, despite not receiving any call beforehand. When I contacted the store, I was told that Mike had called me. This is incorrect. I checked my phone records, and there was no call made to me on that date. When I asked for proof, I was dismissed rather than provided with any clarification. Overall, I experienced repeated misinformation, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior from store management. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting from this location based on how this situation was handled.

First the installers hooked up a drain hose with 4 kinks in it and upside down that caused the washer motor to burn up and my house to flood. Their solution.. move the washer to the middle of the room to get the kinks out. They bring out a new washer and still do not have the right hose, so they fashion 3 hoses together with clamps, later causing another leak into my house. I finally get to use the dryer and it runs for almost 2 hours not drying 3 t-shirts. When I call the store to tell them to just come pick up their stuff, I am done.. they have the audacity to blame my hookups for their lack of using correct hoses and the dryer not working. Not only that, but I have to store their appliances until they can get back out here over a week after I called. It was not MY hookups, it was THEIR pre-owned junk. I know this because I just bought new appliances from an actual furniture store with correct hoses that work great.

Manager is beyond rude. Ended up cancelling everything. Had to have the delivery drivers back twice after the original delivery. They left for 3 hours when we were told they were only taking an hour lunch & running up to grab the hardware they forgot to bring (store is 5 mins from my place) My boyfriend called & he was told that they are on the way. (quite the coincidence after 3 hours) When they get back they continue hooking up our dryer & ended up tearing our dryer duct (which was rigged up to begin with i will admit) so then they couldn’t get it attached. They had to leave again to go get a new one for us. When they came back the third time they handed over the new duct & said they’re off the clock now & walked away. My boyfriend put the dryer duct on just to come to the realization that the dryer doesn’t even work. The light would come on when we opened the door but it never started. I called the next day & was directed to the manager who i believe is named Amanda. When I explained the situation she interrupted me multiple times, told me I was wrong about multiple things & was overall nasty. She made up an entire conversation that she apparently had with my boyfriend when he called just to ask where they were with that hardware but she claims he was mentioning the dryer duct & how it was no big deal that it was ripped, this that and the other. The whole thing with the dryer duct didn’t even happen until after the drivers came back when he called about the hardware. Caught her in a lie but she continued telling me I was wrong. Then towards the end of the conversation she randomly tells me that they aren’t even obligated to attach the dryer duct. How come we didn’t start off with that then? & Why wasn’t I told that the day I set everything up & specifically asked if they hooked up all the parts. She told me her delivery drivers did that out of the kindness of their hearts & that they didn’t have to mess with the duct at all. I ended up going up to the store to cancel my entire lease agreement after that phone conversation. While I was there she grabbed one of the delivery guys that was at my place to join our conversation & he sat there and lied to me as well and said that when he brought the new duct that my boyfriend stuck his arm out the door to grab it & didn’t even say anything which is another straight up lie because he was 100% under the impression they were going to come back to hook up the new duct. Why would he reach out the door & not even acknowledge them? Beats me. So all of that just for the dryer not to work & for them to have to come pick it all back up the next day.
