    Warning: Avoid ordering online from this store. My delivery arrived with missing items, and after two weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, I still have not received my refund. Save yourself the frustration.

    Worst customer service. Tried to call gardening, took over 15 minutes. Finally got a rude punk who had zero intentions of helping me. He made it clear I was unconvincing him. I have a job too. I do it well and make money. I deserve more respect than that! Idc how busy you are or unmotivated… pathetic that it’s like this all the time for me

    People tend to only take the time to provide reviews when they are upset. I wanted to share my great experience that I had with some pretty great employees. I can say I have shopped at the St. Charles location for more than 25 years and never had an issue. I have had returns handled without issues, one being a lawn mower. I have purchased a washer, dishwasher, refrigerator, toilet, and had a fence installed. This week was a rough week due to a couple of errors on my part. I purchased the wrong shade of landscape bricks! I had great service loading them into my car, only to have to bring them back so they could unload them and load the correct color. The front desk help was phenomenal and assisted me by looking up my past history to make sure I was buying the correct match. Although I felt bad, the employees reassured me all was good. While working on my project, I decided to extend it and needed additional bricks. The assistance, once again, was above and beyond! Even though there were many others involved in my stressful situation, I want to give a special thanks to the lady and a gentleman at the front desk on 3/22 (not sure of their names, but he's worked there for 8+ years per the patch), also to the older gentleman that is one of the bosses up front who helped me when help couldn't be found on 3/22. Thank you Kenny for your great customer service both 3/22 & 3/23, you're appreciated by this shopper, especially your recollection of my product the previous day. Noah, you not only went above and beyond for me the first time grabbing my landscaping bricks and loading them yourself, but didn't hesitate to jump in to assist another employee that was already loading my car on 3/23! What amazing team work! I love my Lowes!
