  Four Seasons Pool has a computerized water testing system that makes it easy to maintain your pool. I use test strips at home for general testing. But if my pool starts to have issues like getting cloudy or green, I take a water sample into Four Seasons to be tested. They identify what chemicals are needed, how much of each and the proper order and timing of applying the fix. They make it really easy to have a beautiful and healthy/safe pool.

  Prior to the Wentzville location opening for the 2026 season, I called the St. Charles location looking for Pentair o-ring that I could not find a part number for in any online or written materials. Nikoa took my call and said they would research it for me. They found the part # and had it in stock. She indicated that I could pick it up when ready. I stated that I live really close to the Wentzville location and would rather get it at that store when they open in April. Nikoa offered to meet me at the closed store on a Saturday, on her own free time. This is exceptional service! Thank you Nikoa!!! I installed the o-ring the same day and my leaky Multiport valve on the sand filter is no longer leaking and I did not have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks or drive 20 miles to pick up.

  I'm so very pleased with the level of service received from Four Seasons, beginning with my initial customer engagement with Nikoa, who was very pleasant and informative about the process. I had a liner replaced, and Four Seasons exceeded their target date for installation! Justin and Tervin were very professional technicians and answered any questions that I had throughout the process. I won't hesitate recommending Four Seasons to anyone! Thanks again!

  We have been coming to Four Seasons Pool for the last year we have been in our home. The service has been great until this past month. Went in last week and waited for approximately 10 minutes before leaving because there was no one to service us. So we went to another store. Figuring this was a fluke, we went back today. We get our water sample checked immediately and assistance buying other pool supplies. Another family shows up behind us and the gentleman who was explaining to me how to service our pool completely dropped us and went to them. We were in the middle of discussing chemicals and he stopped mid-way and went to them. I don't think I have been treated so poorly in customer service. If someone asked me last year if I recommended them I would hands down say yes, but this year I wouldn't say the same. Not sure what happened with their staff, but something went downhill and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
