Mainly this last visit was for paint. Lowe's had a good selection but a lot of older paint may have changed names/formals so it's hard to match. So you might end up painting the whole room especially with lighter colors since they fade over time. Has everything you need to do the job.

The employees at the paint counter are absolutely amazing (especially Jack)! Cannot emphasize their professionalism enough. However, the employee at the front self check registers this evening was very rude and demeaning to my veteran father when the screen froze. Hoping it was just an “off night”, but it was enough to be noticeable. (There were no registers with cashiers open).
Again, cannot emphasize the paint counter employees knowledge and professionalism!

Pathetic customer service. Ordered a trailer online and status was ready for pickup. On arriv, jokers there said it cannot be picked up on sunday. Then why the hell would they change the status to ready for pickup. I came back on monday and made to wait for an hour befor starting the paper work. These clowns dont knw what they are doing!!! Avoid this store!

Ms. Marla at the St. Charles location was incredibly kind and patient with my mom and I. We had a VERY large order and the system was giving her issues but she remained kind and patient with us. I can’t thank Ms. Marla enough for her kind spirit. This woman deserves a large raise and wonderful Christmas bonus.

Lowe's provides a nice variety of kitchen appliances at reasonable prices. However, the company they use for delivery services is downright horrible! We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator in January and the delivery company they use sent out guys that showed up late, were arguing between each other, dented the refrigerator when getting it into the house and complained about the company they worked for during the entire installation. On top of that, the installers damaged our hardwood floors in the kitchen and broke molding off in two of the hallways - all because they didn't bring a dolly with them on the truck. It was nerve-racking watching them tear up our villa and extremely uncomfortable having to listen to their constant complaining. Lowe's is generally a good store but I have to give them a 2-star rating because of the delivery company they use. I'm sure we weren't the first customer to complain about this so why they're still using them is beyond me.
