They let use there restroom and use one of there motorized chairs and I relaxed forever and they once told me to leave and let me charge my phone and I even met a construction worker that runs his own business and I might have landed me a job.

Every time I order concrete they send it out without being wrapped and fully covered, then if it rains the concrete is completely solid and worthless. Then I have to deal with a bunch of bs to get new concrete out. And 9 out of 10 material orders they constantly forget to deliver all of the materials. Nothing but a constant headache dealing with lowes

If I could give it zero stars I would. After shopping several places online, I attempted to purchase a new Champion 4" flush valve for my toilet that was leaking. When I got the valve, it was pretty obvious that the box had been previously opened, and the installation tool was missing. When I contacted Lowes via chat, they pawned me off to the manufacturer to get the missing part, giving me incorrect information in the process. I will not be shopping Lowes again.

Needed new bathroom floor after going from a large but low corner tub to a walk-in with a significantly different footprint. Lowe’s had installed the previous ceramic about six years ago, so we were confident in having them undo and redo. Had great help in-store and over the phone on selection and setup for installation. Easy peasy!
