  I can’t say enough great things about the experience that I had with Four Seasons! I’ve been stressed about getting our in-ground pool liner replaced for the last 2 years and have talked to several companies that made it seem like rocket science. Not Four Seasons! I walked in and Nikoa helped me select a liner and walked me through their process in less than 30 minutes. My liner was perfectly ordered, timely and it’s gorgeous! We had a crack in the skimmer. Jesse came out and educated me on how they would fix it and made sure I understood and we agreed on a plan. The next week, Justin and Cody arrived on the scheduled day and dug up the skimmer, replaced it and came back the next day to change out the liner. It’s gorgeous!!! These are some of the nicest people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! They were timely, efficient, polite, communicated well and cleaned up after they finished. Our pool looks beautiful and I’m so thankful that I found a company that made this process simple, pleasant and had cost effective solutions for us. I highly recommend! I’m going to use them to close the pool too, later this fall.

  I'm so very pleased with the level of service received from Four Seasons, beginning with my initial customer engagement with Nikoa, who was very pleasant and informative about the process. I had a liner replaced, and Four Seasons exceeded their target date for installation! Justin and Tervin were very professional technicians and answered any questions that I had throughout the process. I won't hesitate recommending Four Seasons to anyone! Thanks again!

  We have been coming to Four Seasons Pool for the last year we have been in our home. The service has been great until this past month. Went in last week and waited for approximately 10 minutes before leaving because there was no one to service us. So we went to another store. Figuring this was a fluke, we went back today. We get our water sample checked immediately and assistance buying other pool supplies. Another family shows up behind us and the gentleman who was explaining to me how to service our pool completely dropped us and went to them. We were in the middle of discussing chemicals and he stopped mid-way and went to them. I don't think I have been treated so poorly in customer service. If someone asked me last year if I recommended them I would hands down say yes, but this year I wouldn't say the same. Not sure what happened with their staff, but something went downhill and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
