But when I took it to Loafer League, not only did they identify that there was nothing fundamentally wrong with the zipper, but they could fix it while I waited. They didn’t even charge me since it was such a simple (for them) repair! This level of customer service and courtesy is exceptional and I will be looking for opportunities to return!
