  I went here to return some vinyl that I got on sale for $5 a roll, I had three rolls to return. I was returning it because I had got it for me and my friends to make some t shirts for St. Pats and when we tried to cut it with my friend’s cricut it totally did not work at all and was completely unusable, even when cut with the highest blade setting on. So when I went in to return it I explained all of this and they ended up calling managers to the front, all for my $15 return. And specifically one manager lady who I thought was extremely rude to me was trying to argue about how it is for a specific kind of cricut and needs to be set on a specific setting, but yes we did that and it still didn’t work or cut. It felt like she was trying to be argumentative and confrontational while I was being totally cool about it and cooperative. I work in retail and I know this is no way to treat a customer at all. I ended up getting $10 back. This experience makes me not want to go back to hobby lobby, I am disappointed in them to say the least.

  Good store. Great deals. Wish theyd update some of the products they sell from time to time like boxed model kits. Other wise go to place for decor and hobby supplies.
