0 STARS. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. I had them come out to my house to measure a carpet install for two rooms. I confirmed via email twice that i want both rooms done. I received the quote and accepted the quote as per our discussion. Only to find on the day of installation after removing the flooring etc that they only quoted the one room. Had they told me it's only the one room I wouldn't have accepted the quote.
They (Heidi Solis) made a mistake when quoting the carpet install and now I have a bare concrete floor and no carpet where my children play. Rather go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
