- DFDylan FarrellJan 29, 20265.0Garret and Olivia were amazing in helping my wife and I pick out our sactional. We were probably a more demanding customer with tons of questions but Garret was really patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The sactional we got was everything we wanted. We actually already got some upgrades (additional panels etc). Putting together was fairly straightforward but took a little bit of time. Would recommend doing it with another person and watching the lovsac videos. Shipping time can take a while which is my only knock on the experience but the packaging and quality makes up for that. Go to Brentwood and have these folks help you find what you're looking for.
