    Same as any other lowes, items I needed were in stock and fairly easy to find. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

    I don’t appreciate the sales associate lying to my face when we were looking around for a stove. I showed the sales associate the sale on the LG stove online which was for $899.99. The stove on the floor showed $999.99. After some consideration we decided that we wanted to buy the stove. The associate led us to her computer and ask us questions. She showed me the price on the cpu and we told her that we will not pay that price as we prefer to pay $899.99 online. She suggested me to open a Lowe’s credit card and get 20% off. I didn’t want that. I told her that I prefer to pay that price online. She lied to my face saying that the sale was over. I showed her that the date ends today as I assumed that it would end at 11.59 pm. She again lied to my face saying that the sale ended at noon. Yeah right! So I went ahead and bought it online & showed it to her face!! I don’t appreciate being lied to especially that I am deaf and she thinks I’m dumb enough to fall for it! For the delivery, everything went smoothly and there was no damage to the stove. I rate them 5 stars.

    A company with NO integrity. Pay extra for next day delivery since the pickup in store isn't available until next week (which makes zero sense), now "delayed" and won't be able to deliver until tomorrow. They're saying the issue is now resolved (how vague) but still not coming until tomorrow. Its 9am, so why not stand by your word and the money we paid for next day delivery? Because they had no intention of doing it in the first place and used it as a way for us not to shop around. And veteran discount? Nope..... never awarded. I've been loyal to Lowe's for decades but now seeing how this company operates. Out a day of pay and nothing other than a $20 refund in 8 to 10 business days to show for it.

    Been a contractor in the area for 10 years. This might be the worst Lowes ive ever done business with in my career, in a 100 mile radius. Half of the lumber bunks needed restocked, product locations dont match the app, they had 1 single elderly woman working one single register the whole week we were in town, theres 4 employees standing in a circle talking by the pro desk or customer service desk at any given moment while theres a line going almost down an entire aisle. My company spends 40 grand per year at Lowes, but if we come back to republic, we’ll be using a different supplier on the next job.
