This staff are some of the nicest people. We were stressed but they handled it like pros. Then the next day we had an unrelated problem with our Lowes credit card and it was quite a mess. This team hands down handled it so well that from now on, when we have to get any major appliance or project, were coming here! Shout out to Scotty, Cameron and the amazing lady manager who helped us with th credit card issue. (I forgot her name🤦♀️)

We are three hours away from our lake house so he made a special trip there. The morning of the delivery they called and said they don’t deliver that area on this day and only do on Friday or Saturday. This was tues so a waisted trip of time and gas. We’ve bought three refrigerators from Lowe’s in the last five years. No more from us!! Very disappointed. Home Depot or Menards just got our future business.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
