  EDIT Aug 2024 - 3 years on and things have changed for the positive. I no longer see the manager in question, staff in the store are friendly, polite, and very helpful. No longer any hesitation in recommending. ORIGINAL June 2021 - I’m giving this store a break. They used to be good, but as of around May 2021 there’s only ever the manager in the store, and he ranges from unfriendly to aggressively unhelpful. He whips through water tests as fast as he can, runs to the shelf to get the system recommended products, and rings them up without giving you the opportunity to ask questions. If you ask questions to which there isn’t a simple answer, you’ll just get a “huh” as he rings the sale up. This happens even when I’m the only customer present in the store. I hope he can get some help, he needs it. In the meantime I’ll be going to the competition.
