I ordered a bedroom set and mattress at the beginning of November, our delivery date was November 18th, the delivery driver came by himself with no tools to put the set together. He took the furniture back and our next date for delivery wasn't until December 1st. They were unable to make it due to bad weather, which i completely understood. I received a call from Raylene on December 2nd, that a payment for $194 wouldn't go through for my furniture..my payments are supposed to be around $79 and on Fridays, the biggest problem with that was she was not only overcharging me but I hadn't even received the furniture yet! I then spoke to Angel, my next delivery date was for today, December 9th..the guys were very nice, they set everything up, but asked where our boxspring was. I told them I was under the impression it was a panel bed that required no boxspring. Now I have had numerous conversations with Angel during this whole time..not once did she mention, that this set needed a boxspring..do i need to order one? So now I have a bedroom set that I cannot use the bed. There was no rush on getting me one for all the trouble we've been through..the next date my boxspring will be delivered is December 16th!! So now we have nowhere to sleep for a week. I am so discouraged and frustrated that they aren't putting a rush on getting it to us! I will say Angel has worked with me on paydates, due to me not having the furniture. I don't understand that you have a customer ordering a bed that you've bought a mattress too and nobody mentions..hey you're going to need a boxspring to..in case you missed that. This has been going on since the beginning of November. Very frustrated and disappointed. Ive been understanding and now this...made to wait another week. Oh..i was constantly told they were understaffed as if it was my problem.

I have purchased from Aaron’s and paid it off
I went to purchase a refrigerator and changed my mind about it
I asked them to remove it and they said they can’t . That I don’t understand
They have lost my Business
I will not do Business with them again
Now I have to go through the process of removing the refrigerator from my account

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
