    I have tried to buy a vase online that I have been searching for at the right price. When I finally found it at Home Store I was very quickly disappointed that you won't ship it to me when I live in the same state and we don't have a store where I live. Horrible customer service!!

    I love this company for their candles. They smell so good and last a long time. I’m not able to get in a store, so I have to order on the Internet. Never a problem and I have been ordering for several years. They sales and products.

    This place is huge with a lot of stuff to look at. It is a little on the expensive side. They have a lot of odd and unusual things, so its at least usually a fun place to look arpund in. But all their furniture is built very cheap. So is most of the decorative items. Edit to respond: The specific feedback would be to either lower your prices to match the low quality of your products, or increase the quality of your products to match the prices. That is how you can improve. While shopping, I saw several of the display items that were broken or missing parts of it. While looking at some end table displays, the wood was so rough that I got a splinter from opening one of the doors.
