  Bi-State Pool and Spa recently renovated our vinyl-lined pool by adding a tanning ledge and replacing the liner, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Another company had previously told us that renovating a vinyl pool wasn’t worth the trouble and would turn into a nightmare—but Joe proved the exact opposite. From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly helpful. He addressed all the concerns the other company had raised and walked us through how our design ideas could come to life. Throughout the installation process, he kept us informed, answered every question (and I had plenty!), and made sure we always understood what would happen next. The crew who worked on the pool were just as impressive—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions. When the liner manufacturer made a mistake cutting the first liner, Joe went above and beyond to make it right and ensured the replacement was installed as quickly as possible. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bi-State Pool and Spa for any future renovation needs. Highly recommended!

  We selected BiState to install our vinyl liner pool over two other vendors and are very glad we did. Our experience with them was excellent. From the start of the project until we were swimming in our new pool was only approx. 6 weeks. Throughout the project they were very responsive to any issues that cropped up and addressed them all in a timely fashion. The crews that worked on our project were wonderful and a pleasure to have on the job. They handled any and all of our questions patiently and gave us some good tips once we were in service.

  We have built two pools with Bi-State and continue to have an awesome experience. Nathan and Joe have both gone above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Joe came over after hours to fix a potential problem to prevent any harm to the pool. We are appreciative of Bi-State’s attention to detail and customer service.

  Installed two new return lines from skimmer and main drain. Joe showed up every day, including Saturday, on time and worked long hot days. He dug about 40-50' trench from skimmer to pump .. after busting out 20-25' of concrete. Job looks good and new lines working great!
