Wonderful first experience with The Blind Man!!! I called Tim to ask about possibly repairing or replacing a blind in our home. After explaining the blind situation, he asked me to send him pics of the blind. After looking at the pics, he called me back and said he thought I could possibly repair it. He explained to me exactly what to do to try and repair it....and it worked!!! He was the only person, out of several others I had called, who even remotely tried to help me repair it myself. They all said I would need to have it replaced, based on the age of the blind, which would have cost hundreds of dollars. He saved me the time of having to schedule someone to come out & look at it, not to mention the money he saved us. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone, and will definitely call him again should I need any blinds repaired or replaced in my home. Thanks again Tim, I so appreciate all of your help!!!

Very professional business. Very knowledgeable about the products. I contacted them about doing window treatments and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Tim came out to measure and had product samples with plenty of color options. Timely installation made for a smooth process. Thank you for the great service.

Awesome experience with The Blind Man! Tim was very easy to work with. Professional and really knew what to recommend to us. We are very pleased with our choice of blinds on both color and style. Of all the homes we have purchased this was our first experience with this company. It definitely won’t be the last.
