- OOOwenApr 12, 20261.0I asked a cashier if they had any lumber carts and she made no effort to help. Employees will look at a line of 7 people with lumber and not open another register, they just sit and stare. Instead of hiring young people who want to work they fill the break room like a nursing home so they don't have to pay a competitive wage. I used to be able to ask an employee to help me load something, now I have to ask someone's grandma to call someone from the back to help. One time when i tried to shop, half the parking lot was taken up by a virtual reality zoo, which made the saturday hardware store rush into a nightmare, where the only line open at the lumber department turned into a snack vendor for the zoo. I waited 10 minutes in line to buy 1 item. I'd almost consider making the drive to joplin so I don't have to visit this Lowe's.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
