The fact you outsourced your delivery to a third party so I can't even get hold of a Lowe's associate when that dang truck breaks down like every other truck doing a delivery, means I can't just come and and get it myself like I knew I was gonna have to do when y'all said it was a "third party". Absolutely disgraceful that corporations will sacrifice everything in the name of the dollar.

Hoped to order FOUR sliding glass patio doors. Went to that section of the store to find no one at the desk. The area around the desk was a disaster. Piles of windows blocking access. Had to walk around for 5 minutes or so before I found an associate that contacted someone from that dept. to “help” me. The young man who showed up could not have cared less. He did not have many answers to my questions. I asked if he had done this often. He said, “Oh, 4-5 times, but most people don’t follow through.” He pulled up the Pella brand on the computer. I told him my measurements. Asked if those were standard. He did not know. He then went to the hardware section of installation on the computer. Ran the mouse back and forth over 5 or 6 selections. Did not explain those items, just kept running the mouse back and forth. Finally, he just looks at me and says, “which one of these?” I didn’t even know what they were. Me and my $8000 deal immediately terminated the conversation and walked out the door.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Lowe’s. But this one is probably the dirtiest one I have been in. The first picture… you can’t even get a cart through the aisle. Almost every aisle, had carts of back stock or trash in it, or random boxes of stock on the floor. Dirty floors and broken stuff in carts all over the place. This is different then the impulse sale stations that all big box stores shove in almost every aisle. This is neglect on another level!
