    Don’t get me wrong, I love Lowe’s. But this one is probably the dirtiest one I have been in. The first picture… you can’t even get a cart through the aisle. Almost every aisle, had carts of back stock or trash in it, or random boxes of stock on the floor. Dirty floors and broken stuff in carts all over the place. This is different then the impulse sale stations that all big box stores shove in almost every aisle. This is neglect on another level!

    We ordered hardwood floors that were supposed to be delivered 10/8/2025. We received a text confirmation the day of. They never showed up and we never got a call or text. We called Thursday to customer service and they said it would have to come the following Wednesday which did not work, as we had an installer scheduled. They refused us a manager. So we called the local store in Springfield. They were very helpful. After about 6 calls, they said our wood would be delivered today (10/9). We got another text confirmation for delivery. Again they were a no call no show. The hardwood finally arrived Friday morning 10/10 and was not covered. It was raining so it was ruined. We adjusted our schedules several times for nothing.
