    I have decided that from this point on. Lowe's will be my last resort for home improvement. We went in with a laundry list for some remodeling projects and a new dog kennel. First, no one could tell us where to find the dog kennel supplies. When we finally located it outside, the young man we had to walk past to get in the area would not look up from his phone long enough to answer our questions. We then found something we were interested in. So I went back to his little desk to inquired about the pricing because there were no signs, but he just shrugged me off and told me to check their website. We then abandoned that part of the list and headed back inside for some paint and wallpaper adhesive. We were unable to get help with either and decided to abandon the trip. We went across the road to Westlakes Ace Hardware and received amazing service. Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves. It seems they have gotten to big to provide service to their customers.

    This store is an absolute joke. My wife and I got a freezer from them. We got it home and waited 24 hours to let the freezer settle and then per the books instructions we plugged it in and waited 24 hours for it to come to temperature. It never got cold. We contacted lowes and was told to bring it up there to return/exchange it. We proceeded to load it up and brought it up there where we had to wait for an hour for an appliance guy to show up and exchange it for us. As soon as he got there he said we could not return it because it was outside of the 48 hour return window. When they loaded it back up in my truck they dented the door of the freezer in several spots. I proceeded to call the asm Brittany and told her about the dents and she said that since it was out of the return window she could not authorize an exchange either. So we have a 1000 dollar scratch and dent cabinet that doesn't do anything but light up. I wouldn't buy another appliance from Lowes if you paid me to. Wish I could give this store negative stars just because of the horrible customer service and terrible return policy they have. Absolutely do not buy appliances from Lowe's.
