    What's the point of a business having a phone if I need to go through 5min of robo-call interaction before being transferred to a human, and then no one is by the phone to answer and no way for me to leave a voicemail or request a call back? Please do better.

    Why would I do a pick up order to have to go into the store to pick it up? This is absolutely insane! Then when I call to get help their AI is difficult. Then when you actually get a human they can’t understand you because their phone system is screwed up! Do better Lowe’s! I’ll never shop with you again!

    Terrible customer service and completely misleading information posted multiple places. Hubs wanted to purchase tomato plants and upon entering the garden section saw the signs stating BUY 3 GET 3 FREE of the Garden Soil Miracle Grow and went ahead and tossed 6 in his cart and then proceeded to the tomato plants. Didn’t even plan on buying garden soil. At the checkout they ring up $2.29 each and we question the price? They are buy 3 get 3?? The checkout person says oh it’s very misleading no that’s not how it works and tells us they mark it half price and charge you half price for each of them. Well then that is what the sign should say. I took my receipt to the customer service department desk and 6 bags of soil. Unfortunately I wasn’t met with any kindness that a person working the department should display. This is a problem Lowe’s should fix. The misleading signs are simply blatant lies.

    I had some mulch to pick-up, and the mulch person was on lunch. However, Brian and John from Gardening/Plants came to my aid and made my experience. They each get a 10/10 for going out of their way to help, providing me prompt and enthusiastic support. (I think the official customer survey went to my wife's spam folder, but I wanna make sure they get recognized.) Terrance from pickup was super helpful, as well, getting my order sheet printed out, (even though I missed the part of the email saying it wasn't ready yet). He also gets a 10! Edit: I had to come back for more mulch, thanks to my lovely spouse 🤣. This time, André got me rolling, going out of his way to help me load my van. (He helped me remember Terrance's name from our previous order, too!) Another 10/10 experience! Thanks, y'all!
