  Matthew Williams was the one that greeted on and helped us figure out what we wanted and need. The Laz-y-Boy showroom made it easy to see all the models.

  We had a great experience picking out a rocking recliner for our nursery. Our salesperson Nancy was very customer focused giving us all the options to keep the cost down yet still meet what we were looking for in both color and texture.

  I purchased the Maddox leather sectional with two reclining pieces on Black Friday. I was very satisfied with the showroom and quick delivery date. When the drivers arrived they began unboxing and setting up. They did not have any tools and asked to borrow ours. They did not know how to attach the modular pieces. It was nerve racking to watch. They called their manager and told them the attachment brackets were defective. They packed it up and took it back. That was one day of missed work. Next delivery came, same problem, but worse. They did not know what to do with the batteries or attach the pieces. One arm is not fully attached and moves, the entire thing moves when people sit on it. Second day off work. Went to showroom with photos and videos they were shocked. Directed me to LazyBoy Comfort Care. Called, set up video call with tech. More time off work. He saw the defects and asked if I could turn over one of the pieces to see if bolts were missing, no can’t do that! It’s brand new! He ordered the parts, wait time over a month, parts arrive, then call to set up repair. Day of repair, I get a phone call mid day and they say tech does not have truck and cancels. Third day missing work. Went to showroom, very upset and they said their repairs were cancelled too. Second repair man showed up three days later on a Friday afternoon, came in smelling of weed, no tools and asked what’s wrong with it? Showed him the parts and problems. He WALKED OUT and said it can’t be fixed and LazyBoy will call you. Fourth day of missed work. Waiting for repair date on a Saturday. I told the sales manger and Comfortcare manager I just want my couch to look and feel like the one in the showroom. They all agree with me as they can see the pictures. We are now almost at the end of February and I have an AWFUL sectional in the middle of my house that we hardly use. Still not fixed with the pieces THEY sent. LazyBoy needs to really vet their third party contractors. I shouldn’t have to have my brand new furniture repaired. NEVER AGAIN. UPDATE-2/24/26 After a 4th cancellation/reschedule by Comfort Care, our sales rep at the Manchester store came through and had the entire piece replaced and professionally put together. I finally have the furniture that I purchased in November.
