However, the steel structure appears to be loose and sloppily designed and/or constructed when moving to and in the reclining position. I don't know if this because it's a wall hugger, which I needed because it's located in a small room. I would expect better for a chair that listed at $2,000 and I bought on sale for $1,500. I have my parents 40+ year old recliners in my basement and they are still as solid as a rock. I would say your quality isn't what it used to be.
