  I have not been called for 2 days attempting to speak with a district manager. Hailey the on site manager felt it necessary to call the police when asking questions regarding renting a space. St Louis Co advised that I was not the first person who she has called the police on but rather the 20th person. A customer should not be treated this way and I would like to speak with someone in management. Photo is of the police car and other photo is the countless people trying to do business after this fiasco. No one will answer the phone at this location. Update: 2/20/2026 district management called. I asked if he was going to review the audio and video and there was no response. He seemed more irritated to have to deal with the problem then to consider the fact that his manager may be running people off. The police were quite clear that Hailey has don't this often. I will be getting a copy of the reports from the police department and requesting that the situation be further escalated. If the district manager has time or cares I would suggest calling back and reevaluating the situation. The idea that he said that he has gotten two stories and that determing which store was accurate had little bearing shows he would just like the problem to go away. I would strongly suggest you watch the video. I will be requesting the police camera footage as well as the call to the police to see what was said.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This facility and its management are extremely disappointing. Last night, the building alarm was going off, making it impossible for me to access my unit. Today, neither elevator was working. I came back later once one elevator was finally operational, only to discover that none of my delivered and tracked boxes had been placed in my unit. The office was closed and locked, no one answered the phone, and a sign stated someone would return at 2:30. No one showed up until 3:40. When Hailey finally arrived, she was unhelpful and showed no basic customer service or concern for the inconvenience caused. I had to carry my boxes from the front office to my car myself, without any offer of assistance or even an apology. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Corporate management needs to be made aware of how poorly this location is being run.

  Beware. They up the prices every few months. Started around $65 and now paying almost $130 a month and that is for tiny not climate controlled space. I picked them because they were 24 hours and now that has changed as well.
