  Rooms are a little different The vanity is in the living area, toilet and the bathtub are in a separate area. Breakfast is good.

  I enjoy shopping at this store. They always have a large selection of seasonal items, and everyday items. I can always find what I need. It's a decorators paradise!😊

  I’d leave zero stars today if I could. Went in for some t shirts but they were getting bagged up. So I asked the lady if I should go to Michael’s to get my shirts. She said yes because they were getting ready to wax the floors at closing and they needed to be bagged up. So instead of just helping me get the shirts I needed, Michael’s is the better option. Not sure if I’ll ever shop here again, and I’ll be certain to tell everyone about this bs. It was 7:18pm. They close at 8pm, still plenty of time to get the shirts I needed. So I went ahead and put back the other items I picked up, no need to purchase a thing from there at this point. Very disappointed in their actions.

  I had an in-person visit at our Hobby Lobby in Liberty. Missouri store address is 265 Stewart Road. Two cashiers were at the front registers, I came up after looking where an item was a few weeks ago that I could not find on today. One of them pointed in a direction that was supposedly SPRING ITEMS as she called it. I replied why would pet accessories be in that location. Not once did either of the young ladies say ma'am I can show you where to look.....I would think that is appropriate CUSTOMER SERVICE. I simply walk back to that area she pointed out and nothing was there. As I walked there I saw the store manager. I came back to see if she would mine helping me. I said I'm a little disappointed that out of both the cashiers or whatever they are that NOT ONE COULD SHOW ME KINDLY where the area was that she thought the items were located. Her response to me was NEITHER OF THEM CAN LEAVE THE FRONT AREA. And that one was a cashier and something about the other was a lead and had to stay up front as well.🤔 Her response was almost like she was irritated the manager. I was thinking you mean to tell me you can't let anyone out of two employees help your customers...that is crazy to me. She then responded I mean what are you looking for...not can I help you ma'am...let's look together.🤷🏽‍♀️ That would be customer service right?? I told the manager TERA I can find it myself and walked off. This whole crew needs training for customer service evidently. I'm so over going into a store and being treated like it was a problem that I even came into the place.
